Getting comfortable with sliiice.
How do we play?
Tap Play, then drag a finger across the fruit to cut it. The pieces spring apart and each one wakes up with its own happy face. The fruit button opens a drawer of tools, cookie-cutter shapes, fruits and boards. The pill next to it keeps your last three tools close. There’s no score or timer. Just cut and see what happens.
How do we add more fruit?
Open the drawer and go to the fruit shelf. Tap a fruit for a fresh board, or drag one onto the board to add it to what’s there. Up to three fruits fit at once. Tap reset to drop in a new whole fruit.
Why do the pieces fly around?
Shaking the device tosses the pieces around the board. Set it down flat and they settle again.
Can we play without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Once the iOS app is installed, it plays without an internet connection or an account.
Where are the sound and buzz settings?
Press and hold the gear for about a second. You can switch Sound and Buzzes on or off, and read the privacy policy. Buzzes work on iPhone; iPads don’t have the vibration hardware for them. If things are quiet, check your device volume and that Sound is switched on.
Where is the privacy policy in the app?
Tap the i button on the start screen, or hold the gear and choose Privacy policy. You can also read it here.
